Good Morning everyone:

I am overwhelmed and quite happy to hear that most, if not all, of you are actually reading the newsletter that I email to you.  All of you that responded are entered into the draw for a prize that we will hold on Thursday.  If you haven’t received the newsletter and want to be included on our email list drop me a note at heather@youniquecountryretreat.com and I’ll be sure to add you.

I am busy today working on the Mothers Day card that you can make when you stop in tomorrow.  I sure hope you can come out to visit us.

I have included a photo of our little dishes that we use for our Belgian waffle breakfast on Saturdays at our retreat.  We also use them for salad dressing, condiments and lots more.   Many of you have asked where I got them and I purchased my in the States.  I am happy to say that I found out where you can get them locally.  The mini servers can be purchased at Zehrs (Loblaws) and the mini butter dishes can be purchased at Home Outfitters.  Run to your nearest store to get yours.  If you want the recipe for our Belgian waffles you can find it on our web page under Recipes
